According to
Chicago building records, Isidore Heller was issued a permit
in 1897 for a three-story brick dwelling, 26 feet front, 98
feet deep, and 41 feet high on 5130 to 5132 Woodlawn Avenue.
Adams was the recorded contractor. Construction cost for the
home was estimated at $12,000. |

In 2013, the Heller Residence was listed for just under
$2,500,000. These excellent images of the Heller Residence
